Management Development Officer (Code: MDO)
Qualifications:
- Female/Male
- Age not more than 28 years old
- Applicants must be holding at least a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Technology or Business
- Having minimum 2 years experience in the same position
- Must be familiar with business process, management system, ISO, Kaizen (QCC, SS)
- Having experience in implementing the Balance Scorecard would be an advantage
Management Trainee (Code: LMTP)
Qualifications:
- Female/Male
- Age must be below 25 years old
- Candidates should be holding at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Industrial Technology /Civil Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Informatics Engineering
- Fresh graduates / Entry Level Applicants are welcome to apply
- Willing to accomplish 2 years working bond after attending 1 full year training program
